A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Prepare the shipping documents for distributors, including:
Custom Declaration, Invoice, Packing List, Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (CO), and Certificate of Conformity/Quality (COC/CQ).
Remove confidential information where required
Ensure the document set is accurate, complete, and delivered to the correct distributors within the committed timeline
Check daily reports from forwarders to track shipment status and ensure timely document preparation and delivery to the distributor.
Coordinate with internal partners (Trade Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, etc.) to collect and verify all required documents and certifications before release.
Arrange internal document endorsement (company-stamped copies) as requested by distributors or end-users.
Track and maintain both hard and soft copies of all shipping documents sent to distributors, especially Certificates of Origin (COO), for record and audit purposes.
Ad-hoc tasks:
Coordinate with relevant teams to provide clarification or supporting documents when required by distributors, end-users or authorities
Provides administrative support to the commercial functions where necessary.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Good communication, logical thinking
Ability to develop a high performing team.
Ability to multitask while adapting to changing priorities.
At least 1 year experience in sales admin & support
Good verbal and written communication in English language.
From College's degree in Economics/ Marketing/Finance, Sales or relevant field is a plus
