The sales support administrator will be responsible for contracting best practices, project management and salesforce order workflows, facilitate the team’s activities to maximize performance, and maintain a high level of customer service.


Responsabilities:

· Become a key member of the Parcel Client Services Team (PCST), collaborating with members to support administrative activities within sales opportunities.

· Monitor approval status of pending orders across cross functional teams to expedite internal approvals.

· Manage and oversee repeatable commercial order form project-based initiatives across the client base.

· Interact with cross functional teams to assist with Parcel related initiatives with third party stakeholders.

· Assist PCST with contract renewal planning across Parcel application portfolio.

· Conscientiously work to improve Salesforce hygiene across the Parcel client base.

· Assist with the Order Form creation process for Professional Services engagements.


Qualifications and experience:

· 3-5 years of experience

· Hands on experience with Salesforce

· Familiarity with DocuSign is a bonus

· Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to work independently and within a team

· Degree in business, marketing, communications


Physical requirements:

· General office environment and responsibilities requiring:

o Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday

o Placing and receiving phone calls

o Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds.
