What you'll do

Answer general inquiries and resolving problems, escalating when necessary.

Manage incoming leads and then channel to the appropriate teams.

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to provide specialized customer experiences.

Deliver consistent high-quality customer service to all clients.

Follow up on all sales orders to ensure customer needs are being met.

Coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure the timely completion of sales orders.

Handling gift card orders, including activation processes.
-
Process all program document requests while working in collaboration with the sales team to fulfill requirements.

Regularly evaluating and reporting updates on custom portfolios.
What you bring

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Office Administration Certificate or equivalent.
-
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an office, retail or customer service setting.

Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Microsoft D365 and Adobe Acrobat
-
Efficient and adaptable with excellent all-round administrative abilities.
-
Active problem-solving skills and growth mindset.
-
Ability to work with minimal supervision, being agile, curious, and flexible.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Well-presented with a positive, proactive, and professional approach.
-
Bilingual proficiency in French and English; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.
