The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a Sales Supervisor and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact
You will set clear sales targets, monitor segment performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of KPIs.
You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share, identify new business opportunities, and penetrate new customer segments within Taiwan.
You will collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategies and customer needs.
You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions that demonstrate value.
You will prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and recommending actionable insights.
You will negotiate and close significant deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies within the organization.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions architecture role, ideally within a large enterprise technology company.
Proficiency in creating and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences, from technical experts to executive stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to travel frequently to customer sites and company events as required (up to 50%).
