Bay Disposal an immediate opening for a multitasking Sales Supervisor to join our team at our Norfolk, VA location. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer service department, Inside Sales and Broker representatives
  • Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures
  • Promote Waste Connections standard operating procedures, which assure efficient environmentally correct and safe workplace practices
  • Ensure that the sales programs are being implemented
  • Develop, motivate, and manage sales staff
  • Prepare bids, sales reports and track revenues
  • Interact with customers and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 3 years directly related management expertise
  • Previous Sales Supervision experience
  • Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills
  • Management experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments

Skills Required
