Off-White has been expanding its network of directly operated stores landing in the most prominent luxury retail venues across Europe and the United States. We are leveraging the power of physical points of sale to acquire new customers and foster brand loyalty.
THE ROLE
Off-White is looking for a Sales Supervisor for its store in Mercer St., New York City. You will report directly to the New York District Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Finalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategy
- Use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the store
- Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices
- Uphold respect of the company standards and procedures
- Keep stock info updated and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures
- Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards
- Identify and evaluate strengths and areas for improvements based on observation and measurable results. Give feedback to obtain performance improvement.
- Guarantee that all procedures are properly followed when SM or ASM are not present
- Performing key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Support the task assignment to the team following the daily working plan and monitoring the shop floor
WHO YOU ARE
- Previous retail sales experience in luxury brands (minimum 5 or more years of experience)
- In-depth collections knowledge in terms of technical and stylistic aspects, ability to effectively present the collections inspiring customers
- Ability to work closely with Store Management to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build loyalty
- Team player mindset
- Exhibit positivity, listen and provide support to colleagues
- Ability to interact in a multicultural environment.
