Job Summary: 


Meneses Law is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our dynamic law firm. The Sales Supervisor will be responding to questions and queries about Meneses Law’s services. The ideal candidate has top notch sales and excellent customer service experience who possesses attention to detail, is goal driven, ethical, and dedicated professional. This role reports team members metrics and verifies accuracy of in-house sales team. Additionally, supports clients when there is an overflow of work.


 Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Convert sales for our wide range of legal services. 
  • Document sales by updating customer records.
  • Maintains and updates information for subject matter files, ensuring proper treatment of confidential information.
  • Stays up to date with sale trends for better services and achievement of sales.
  • Have the emotional intelligence and maturity to have difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
  • Assisting the team with closing the sale and follow-up through telephone and in-person.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales and work with management to implement improvements.
  • Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and Meneses Law team that will include weekly/monthly follow-up with clients after they retain to check in by telephone. You will document conversations and report to management with any concerns clients may have.
  • Managing team data and conversion rates to improve team performance.
  • Analyzing the data collected from sales team and reporting to sales manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Hold team accountable by supervising and understanding the sales process; reports to sales director and managers.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • Record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships
  • Advanced leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Understanding and adhering to KPI’s and metrics.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. 
 Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS
  • At least 1 year of sales experience or customer service experience

Physical Demands: 


  • This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. 
  • Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • The ability to move and lift items up to10 pounds.

 

Compensation & Benefits for Working at Meneses Law:

  • Base salary of $52,000
  • Excellent Benefits (Medical, Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Selected (10) Days of Paid Holidays)
