A Day in the LifeJob Specific SummaryAtrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common form of serious arrhythmia. Being in a fast-growing cardiac ablation business segment and with recent acquisition of the Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team to further drive the growth of the business.
Reporting to the Iberia Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Operating Unit, you will be accountable for the North of Spain market and the team supporting this zone. This remote role requires a percentage of time traveling to support the team and customers, and for this you will need to be based in Andalucia. Some travel outside your zone will be expected.
Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of sales and technicians’ team within your specified zone to achieve established sales targets
Develop and/or implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts
Manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales and support strategy for your assigned zone
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs
Identify opportunities and develop new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share
Assess the needs for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conduct competitive analysis, and implement strategies
Coach sales representatives and technicians on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services, on marketing campaigns and sales promotions, and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a 4+ years of experience in relevant sales, technician, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences
Knowledge of Electrophysiology market or similar
Previous experience in the Electrophysiology field
Relevant medical industry experience and knowledge of Cardiovascular Market
Understanding of the Spanish health system
Good spoken & written Spanish and English skills
Available to travel (>50% time)
