Job Summary:

As a Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring smooth on-ground daily operations in cooperation with the Area Sales Manager. You will also be working on the Sales Team's performance and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up on the Operation's daily activities.
  • Following up on the Sales Team activities and ensure all sales plans are well executed.
  • Conducting market visits & market insights.
  • Creating and executing effective development plans for the Sales Team.
  • Identifying sales gaps and address them proactively.
  • Analyzing sales performance and address any performance challenges.
  • Problem-solving within department and with the Commercial Team.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in on-ground activities and outdoor sales.
  • Preferably E-commerce background.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent level of excel and Microsoft programs.
