About the Role & Program

The Sales Strategy & Integration team delivers lasting value for the Disney Experiences portfolio by leading the strategic business approach and executing project management and integration disciplines for the organization.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027 -June 2027.

What You Will Do

The Sales Strategy and Integration intern will be part of our critical support team developing strategies for travel trade sales channels and supporting project management tasks or integration efforts for the organization. This role will have exposure to key stakeholders in Sales, Technology, Digital, Legal as well as commercial partners across Domestic Parks and Disney Signature Experiences (Marketing, Pricing, Finance, etc.)

  • Support sales channel distribution strategy projects through various phases including define (identify problem), discover (research/data collection), and develop (strategic thinking to develop and influence recommendations)

  • Assist with sales planning processes such as annual sales plans and long-term strategic plans that ensure Sales teams deliver on diverse site business needs

  • Assist with ad hoc sales and commercial requests to address business needs

  • Support integration efforts by assisting with project deliverables and presentations

  • Develop and maintain project documentation utilizing project management principles and platforms

  • Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, diversity, and innovation with the Sales Strategy and Integration team

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to function effectively in a highly collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems or recommendations leveraging presentations (PowerPoint or Keynote)

  • Experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft, AirTable)

  • Passion for strategic projects focused on business growth

Education

  • Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework in Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Product Management, Technology, Project Management, or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information

  • Must be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

  • The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 - June 2027

  • Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship and have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

  • Transportation: Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, Florida is $23.00 per hour.
