What will you be doing?
The Sales Analyst supports the commercial organization by managing sales processes, analyzing data, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in enabling revenue growth through accurate execution, process efficiency, and actionable insights.
This position is highly detail-oriented and requires strong analytical skills, systems expertise, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Process Execution
- Manage and administer the end-to-end sales process, including:
- Prospect intake and system setup
- Opportunity tracking
- Client onboarding coordination
- Monitor deal progression and ensure timely movement through each stage.
- Identify stalled opportunities and proactively follow up to maintain pipeline momentum.
- Manage and administer the end-to-end sales process, including:
- Pricing & Financial Support
- Perform pricing analysis and calculations based on predefined models and data inputs.
- Prepare and validate quotes and pricing structures.
- Ensure accurate entry of sales data into financial systems.
- Support revenue tracking, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with Finance on:
- Billing issues
- Payment tracking
- Revenue recognition requirements
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and sales trackers.
- Analyze large datasets using tools such as Excel and business intelligence platforms.
- Provide insights on:
- Pipeline performance
- Sales trends
- Client activity
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
- Systems & Tools Management
- Maintain and optimize usage of CRM and commercial platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow automation and system efficiency.
- Client & Internal Coordination
- Serve as a primary operational contact for client inquiries and internal requests.
- Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Product, and Client Service teams to:
- Resolve issues
- Confirm deliverables
- Align timelines
- Support communication related to:
- Onboarding
- Renewals
- Incremental purchases
- Post-Sales Support
- Track and manage post-sale activities, including:
- Client setup and activation
- Changes in scope or services
- Ensure all requirements are met for successful delivery and billing
- Assist in preparing client and leadership reporting
- Track and manage post-sale activities, including:
- Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Support implementation of enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Help standardize sales processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or commercial support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data-driven products or industries preferred.
- Native-level or business-professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
