ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business and developing client relationships. The role requires a confident and outgoing sales professional with strong outbound sales experience, the ability to approach new clients, and a proven record of closing business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, outreach, and client meetings.
  • Identify and approach companies to pitch services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and records.


Requirements


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience

  • 2 – 4 years of relevant sales or business-development experience.
  • Experience from the managed services sector is essential.
  • Strong outbound sales, cold-calling, and client-acquisition experience.
  • Experience handling corporate accounts is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Arabic and English proficiency.

Skills

  • Outgoing, confident, and target-driven.
  • Existing corporate client network is an advantage.
