ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and developing client relationships. The role requires a confident and outgoing sales professional with strong outbound sales experience, the ability to approach new clients, and a proven record of closing business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through
outbound calls, meetings, referrals, networking, online platforms, and
marketing channels.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by qualifying
leads, arranging client meetings, and following up until closure.
- Sell business support services to new and existing clients,
with a focus on understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Manage B2B client accounts and maintain strong relationships
before and after onboarding.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through
consistent business development and client engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client
requirements to identify new sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events,
exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to
support client retention and revenue growth.
- Use sales tools, online platforms, and lead management tools
to track activities, pipeline status, and client follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth client
onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- Proven experience in outbound sales, business development,
or B2B sales.
- Strong experience in lead generation, client meetings,
follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Experience in managing B2B accounts and maintaining
long-term client relationships.
- Preferred industry background: HR services, outsourcing,
business support services, manpower/workforce solutions.
Skills
- Experience using CRM systems, sales tools, LinkedIn, online platforms, or lead generation tools.
- Ability to prepare sales updates, pipeline reports, and client activity reports.
- Good understanding of the Saudi market is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-driven approach.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify client needs.
- Ability to represent the company professionally in client meetings and events.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of relevant sales or business-development experience
- Experience from the managed services sector
- Strong outbound sales, cold-calling, and client-acquisition experience
- Experience handling corporate accounts
- Arabic and English proficiency

- Existing corporate client network
