ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business and developing client relationships. The role requires a confident and outgoing sales professional with strong outbound sales experience, the ability to approach new clients, and a proven record of closing business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, outreach, and client meetings.
- Identify and approach companies to pitch services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and records.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- 2 – 4 years of relevant sales or business-development experience.
- Experience from the managed services sector is essential.
- Strong outbound sales, cold-calling, and client-acquisition experience.
- Experience handling corporate accounts is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
Skills
- Outgoing, confident, and target-driven.
- Existing corporate client network is an advantage.
