You’ll work alongside founders, and international partners across green tech, AI, circular economy, and digital transformation, by empowering different businesses to grow.
You will:
- Drive sales and expand the client base through active prospecting, cold calling, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead client engagements by conducting persuasive sales pitches and presentations to diverse audiences, including private companies and public institutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, which includes designing personalized proposals, orchestrating campaigns, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
- Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure accurate database updates, seamless lead tracking, and transparent reporting.
- Host educational webinars and info-sessions to brief potential clients on new EU funding mechanisms and contracting opportunities.
- Shape commercial strategies by identifying new market segments and contributing to overall sales and pricing plans.
- Advise and consult clients by monitoring active tenders, assessing project eligibility, and creatively structuring initial project ideas.
- Support marketing initiatives by writing content for the web and social media, creating tender summaries, and helping organize business events.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record in consultative B2B sales (e.g., services, software, financial or technical solutions) or experience as an EU funds consultant with a strong commercial instinct for client pitching, presentations, and closing deals.
- Solid understanding of sales pipelines, deal-closing methodologies, and complex public or EU funding mechanisms.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Practical experience using MS Office, AI productivity tools, WordPress CMS, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Highly resilient against rejection, self-motivated to reach targets, and capable of translating complex consulting services into clear, compelling value propositions for both private and public sector leaders.
