Drive sales of products, systems, and services in line with defined targets for volume, profitability, and market share
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market
Prepare offers and manage sales processes, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial requirements

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Initial to several years of experience in sales, business development, or a related function
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a structured, solution-oriented way
Experience with CRM tools and sales planning methodologies is an advantage
Commercial understanding and interest in technical products or solutions
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
