Responsibilities:
- Adherence to company core values, code of conduct
- Formulate and execute a channel management strategy to enhance partner involvement and attain growth objectives.
- Understand Liveo® value proposition and achieve sales targets through creating downstream customer demand.
- Identify growth opportunities and manage pipelines based on industry expertise and by engaging with value chain partners and end users.
- Monitor closely competitive situation in the market and develop business solutions to defend share for project-at-risk
- Collaborate with various functions such as technical, CSR, supply chain & quality to manage entire sales cycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with major in chemical, silicone, biomedical engineering or material Science
- 3-5 years+ working experience in multinational companies with channel management and account management experience desired.
- Demonstrate a willingness to address challenges through the development of adaptable solutions.
- Strong business acumen, ability to manage project and sales execution capability
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; Open minded and willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently.
