We're hiring an ambitious, entry-level Sales Specialist eager to jumpstart a career in the FinTech/Crypto space.
This unique role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop and hone critical sales skills while generating leads, fostering strong customer relations and clearly showcasing the value and presenting our solutions in a compelling way.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner who possess strong listening and negotiating skills and demonstrate an innate ability to negotiate and drive deals toward a successful close.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the client acquisition process and assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Conduct and lead market research to identify potential clients within the B2B segment (mainly in Europe).
- Manage initial communication with prospects: qualification, follow-ups, and coordination of demo calls.
- Prepare quotes and proposals under the guidance of senior sales team members.
- Maintain clients' operations and deal with data in CRM (HubSpot).
- Provide timely updates and assist in preparing sales performance reports.
- Participate in training sessions and develop an understanding of company products and services.
What skills and knowledge we are looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience in IT/Fintech or SaaS will be a plus).
- Strong motivation to build a career in B2B sales.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client communication.
- Basic understanding of crypto and fintech businesses
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or others).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written/verbal).
