  • Diploma in Marketing, Business or SPM
  • 3 years’ experience in the related field
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Able to communicate in other local dialect will be an added advantage
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and market company product line which includes parts and services
  • Plans customer calls and ensure wide customer coverage
  • Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients including taking the lead in resolving complaints
  • Follow up on all sales prospects and projects with potentials of the company’s product lines for proper sales presentation and conclusion
  • Foster good customer relations with existing and potential customers
  • Work closely with customers and service department for after-sales service
  • Build company image and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards and compliance to company’s policies
