The Role

As a Sales Specialist at EasyLlama, you will drive fast-paced inbound sales by efficiently engaging prospects, managing high transaction volumes, and closing deals. Your role will focus on ensuring smooth and professional buyer experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly revenue goals in a high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Inbound Lead Management:

    • Speed to Lead: Respond to inbound leads (emails, calls and webchat) within 10 minutes during business hours.
    • Multi-Channel Engagement: Utilize email, phone, and LinkedIn to ensure prompt outreach and conversion.
    • Timely Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads and drive efficient conversions.

    Sales Execution:

    • Professionally guide buyers through the purchasing process with clear, persuasive, and tailored communication.
    • Gather company decision criteria during calls to effectively position EasyLlama’s solutions.
    • Highlight EasyLlama’s competitive advantages and value propositions to close deals.
    • Provide timely follow-up materials, including purchase links, via phone or email.
    • Showcase a deep understanding of EasyLlama’s SMB use cases, customer pain points, and industry insights.

    CRM Usage:

    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead statuses, call notes, and buyer insights in the CRM.
    • Work and close roughly 200 transactions per month.
    • Update the forecast for the expected transactions and ARR closing monthly.

    Product & Market Knowledge:

    • Develop expertise in EasyLlama’s solutions and differentiation strategies against competitors.
    • Leverage success stories and industry knowledge to build buyer confidence

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is preferred.
  • Technologically proficient with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including objection handling and persuasive reframing.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing high activity levels.
  • Skilled at relationship building, time blocking, and organized follow-through.

  • $60,000 base compensation, $70,000 OTE
