- Conduct outbound calls to existing and targeted consumers
- Perform cross-sell and up-sell activities through direct and indirect sales (vouchers, loyalty programs, referrals, etc.)
- Use lead forms to close open sales requests
- Provide proactive customer service and ensure the best customer experience
- Educate consumers about new product categories
- Collect feedback through surveys
- Support consumers with additional inquiries about products
- Handle inbound calls from consumers contacted via outbound campaigns
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets through defined KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or contact center
- Full proficiency in Serbian language (spoken and written)
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
- Basic technical knowledge (CRM, Salesforce) – training provided
- Availability for full-time work in defined shifts
- Motivation to work in a dynamic environment
