This position reports to:
Channel Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
This role is contributing to the Servo drives, Servo Motors, PLC and Machinery Drives OEM Sales in Central region.
You will be mainly accountable for
Responsible for the sales and customer development of ABB servo drives, servo motors, motion controllers, and mechanical drives, achieving annual sales targets;
Develop OEM customers, connect with customer technical needs, understand equipment processes, cooperate with technical personnel to provide servo selection, scheme comparison, prototype testing, and achieve the entire process from business negotiation to order signing;
Develop servo channel partners in Hunan, Hubei, and Jiangxi regions, support channel partners in exploring new servo customers and projects, enhance ABB's servo market share.
Qualifications for the role
You are highly skilled in Servo products in the Printing & packaging, 3C & semi-conductor, or relevant Servo market
You have 5 years of experience in Servo sales
You are passionate about developing OEM customers and relationship with customer
Degree in Bachelor in Automation is preferred
You are at ease communicating in English
