Your role and responsibilities
You will be working as Sales Specialist and will look after achieving order booking and revenue target for Ahmedabad cluster in the Installer Channel and ensure that overdue is within set limits. Also push for successful implementation of the new initiatives announced/ planned by the company. Achieve order intake and revenue targets for EL business for Ahmedabad Cluster for builders with focus and generate new business opportunities.

This role is contributing to the ABB India, Electrification Business, Installer Division as a Sales Specialist for Ahmedabad Location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Order & Revenue Management: Meet order booking and revenue targets for the Ahmedabad cluster in the Installer channel, control overdue within limits, and execute the implementation of new company initiatives.
Market Development: Explore new business opportunities, convert competitor accounts, work with EPC customers, and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
Customer & Partner Engagement: Regularly visit builders, Contractors, channel partners, and end customers to generate enquiries, position products, and resolve issues.
Data & Reporting: Prepare customer potential lists, track visits, enquiries, promotions, new customers, and project updates, and share reports with the Team Leader as per defined templates.
Coordination & Support: Liaise with LBU, warehouse, and internal teams for deliveries, stock availability, complaint resolution, and effective product marketing.
Qualifications for the role:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.E. (Electrical/Electronics).
Minimum 6-10 years of relevant industry experience.
Extensive product and market knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) products.
Ensure strict adherence to ABB policies, compliance standards, and guidelines at all times.
Proficient in using SFDC (Salesforce) and other relevant CRM/business tools.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly forecast plans through SFDC.
Demonstrate structured planning, reporting discipline, and alignment with organizational processes.
