Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sales Specialist – Manufacturing / Semi-conductors based in Tokyo or Chiba. You’ll achieve monthly and annual sales revenue and profit targets by servicing new and existing customers through meeting their needs through selling of Aggreko products and solutions for the Manufacturing sector focusing on semi-conductors, automotive and similar industries.

What you’ll do as Sales Specialist:
Meet monthly sales revenue targets by providing power and cooling solutions to Manufacturing sector in Japan
Develop, identify and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, and convert to key accounts within the target sector in the Japan whilst educating potential customers on the benefits of power and temperature control rental applications.
Develop / build a network of sustainable contacts in the Manufacturing sector within the assigned territory
Conduct presentations of products and applications to existing and potential customers.
Generate and receive enquiries from customers, quoting for the work, negotiating contracts and securing orders.
Provide proactive information about relevant market activities within the assigned geographical territory.
Provide competitor analysis on a regular basis in line with the procedures.
Submit and update the Customer relationship management (CRM)
You are:
Tertiary educated to University or diploma qualification level in a Technical (electrical, mechanical, engineering), or Business-related discipline
Be experienced in sales, with a least 2 years’ relevant experience selling to semi-conductor and/or automotive companies
Able to speak and write Japanese. English skill is preferable.
Experienced in contacts and networking with target sector firms and/or their service suppliers
Able to understand technical & engineering applications in power and temperature control industrial equipment
Proven to have a strong track record in closing sales and negotiating contracts
Highly committed, loyal and professional
Available to travel as and when required
Able to frequently visit clients
