根据公司战略，在浙江市场上从事中压系统及中压元器件/数字化解决方案的销售活动，建立长期客户关系，识别并开拓销售机遇，尤其是数字化解决方案的机会
主要职责
1. 订单
根据自己所负责业务部门需求，在浙江市场上从事中压系统及中压元器件/数字化解决方案的销售，实现业务目标，并在量价之间取得良好平衡。
2. 客户关系
建立并维护有效的客户关系，理解客户需求，向客户积极推广中压系统及中压元器件/数字化解决方案，尤其是和市场上重点客户保持良好沟通，推动地区大客户战略的落地，并确保客户的良好体验。
3. 新的市场机遇
识别并推动新的市场机遇，根据区域市场动态，把握并跟进区域内新的行业机遇。
4. 日常管理
在必要时，提供管理销售过程，支持项目管理活动及收集工作等；
岗位要求
- 本科或硕士学历，理工类（电气自动化专业优先）；
- 具备三年以上相关的行业或岗位工作经验、有较强的销售能力，具备数字化（自动化）项目经验及相关知识；
- 对销售工作充满热情
- 具有较强的学习能力; 以客户为导向；有较强的责任感并注重个人诚信；
- 结果导向；具备很好的人际互动和沟通能力以及团队协作能力

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering (electrical automation preferred)
- Minimum three years of relevant industry or sales experience
- Experience with digitalization/automation projects and related technical knowledge
- Strong sales ability and results orientation
- Customer-oriented with strong learning ability, integrity, responsibility
