• Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all MUDAH AUTO products and services. Confidently explain features, benefits, and options to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Lead Conversion: Turn inquiries into successful sales by acting as a motor vehicle specialist. Use your in-depth knowledge to guide customers through their purchasing journey.
• Customer Consultation: Assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles that align with their lifestyle, preferences, and budget. Negotiate final sale prices to achieve a win-win outcome.
• Effective Communication: Engage with customers across multiple channels, including email, phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, delivering a seamless and professional experience.
• Sales Support: Arrange test drives, handle necessary paperwork, and assist customers with vehicle registrations and deliveries to ensure a smooth and satisfying transaction process.
• Marketing and Outreach: Leverage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote vehicles and reach potential customers. Manage a sales database to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Recon Car Transactions: Handle transactions involving reconditioned (recon) cars with precision and care, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Automotive Sales: At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Johor.
• Understanding of the Secondhand Car Market: Familiarity with trends and pricing in the pre-owned vehicle sector.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with customers, build rapport, and deliver excellent service.
• Deal-Closing Mindset: A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for closing deals and achieving targets.
• Passion for Cars: We’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about automobiles and committed to helping customers find their perfect match.
• Location Availability: Must be able to work in Johor.
• Immediate Availability: Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.
