The Role
Company :
Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd- Promote Sime Darby Industrial (SDI) (Heavy equipment, Rental, Used, New Machine) and After Sales Solution (Parts & Services) to generate revenue and profit.
- Systematically plan for sales coverage activities for the assigned customer at the designated territory. All sales related activities are to be registered in SalesLink CRM on regular basis (daily or weekly).
- Plan customer calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (required calls per year).
- Responsible for promoting the SDI (Heavy equipment, Rental, Used, New Machine) and Parts and Services Merchandising Program such as CSA and SOS with the results and recommendation for each program promptly presented to customers.
- Promote any parts sales and service sales campaign launched by the SDI and ensure all customers are aware and understand the benefits of these campaigns.
- Coordinate on service quotations and repair with service department.
- Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situation.
- Assist to collections for payment.
