Chemours is seeking a Sales Specialist / Account Manager to join our growing team. This position will be available in Taipei City, Taiwan. 

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Drive business growth and profitability for Chemours fluoropolymer solutions in Taiwan.

  • Develop strategic relationships with semiconductor, electronics, automotive and industrial customers.

  • Identify new applications and market opportunities while protecting and expanding existing business.

  • Collaborate closely with Technical Service, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer solutions.

The following is required for this role: 

  • 5+ years B2B industrial sales experience in specialty chemicals, advanced materials, electronics materials, or related technical industries.

  • Proven Key Account Management experience with strategic customers.

  • Strong commercial negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Experience managing distributors, channels, and direct customer relationships.

  • Ability to work across sales, technical service, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer teams.

  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.

The following is preferred for this role: 

  • Semiconductor industry experience in Taiwan.

  • Experience serving customers in semiconductor, electronics, AI infrastructure, EV battery, automotive, or related high-tech manufacturing sectors.

  • Familiarity with fluoropolymers, engineering plastics, specialty materials, coatings, or industrial raw materials.

  • Experience working with multinational corporations and regional stakeholders.

  • Understanding of Taiwan electronics and automotive supply chain ecosystems.
