How you contribute to our success
As the Strategic Advisor in the sales department, you drive new and upsell revenue by leveraging your deep understanding of our products and solutions to deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. You work closely with the sales representatives to understand customer needs, develop customized demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition of our offerings to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities to the team, our clients and community

Product Demonstrations:

Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and objectives.

Develop customized product demonstrations tailored to address the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.

Present product demonstrations in a clear and compelling manner, showcasing the key features and benefits of our solutions.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions, including their underlying technology, architecture, and capabilities.

Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to our market space.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to sales representatives and customers throughout the sales cycle.

Solution Design and Configuration:

Assist customers in configuring and customizing our solutions to meet their unique requirements.

Collaborate with product development and technology teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements.

Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to the development of best practices and implementation methodologies.

Customer Engagement:
-
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations.

Conduct technical discussions with customers to address their questions, concerns, and requirements.

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.

Sales Support:
-
Support sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).

Collaborate with sales operations and marketing teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support the sales process.

Own, manage and maintain demo portals the sales team utilizes for demo presentations the architect role is not part of.
The Ideal Candidate
-
Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
-
Previous experience building wellbeing programs within a technology platform.

A solid understanding of the Navigate Ignite platform or similar wellbeing technology.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability respond to questions effectively.
-
Excellent customer service skills including responsiveness, and effective listening to solve a problem with our solution.

Previous successful sales experience is a plus.

Experience & Education needed for success in this role
Experience
-
A minimum of three years’ experience building wellbeing programs in a technology platform.
Education
-
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Physical & Working Environment
-
Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards.
