Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, is more than an enchanting, family-friendly destination. We’ve combined the spirit of O`ahu with the magic of Disney to create a place where guests and cast members alike can feel the magic, can feel the spirit of the island and can truly feel welcome. Here, you’ll bring the spirit of the islands to life in every part of your role. Are you ready to join this team and make an impact?
The Sales & Service Manager, Wedding at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, is an early-career professional focused on driving wedding sales and delivering exceptional end-to-end service for couples celebrating their special day at our resort. In this position, you will combine strong sales acumen with meticulous event coordination to create memorable, culturally aware wedding experiences that reflect the spirit of the islands and the magic of Disney.
In this role, you will independently manage a portfolio of wedding clients from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up, converting qualified leads into confirmed events while ensuring each celebration is flawlessly planned and executed. Operating within Disney Experiences, you will support the broader vacation and resort business by maximizing food & beverage revenue and room nights tied to weddings, while delivering creative, guest-focused solutions that uphold Disney's standards of service and storytelling. This role matters because it turns once-in-a-lifetime occasions into lasting Disney memories, requiring a problem-solver who can work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across resort teams.
This full-time, salaried role will report to the Sr Sales & Services Director and will be working onsite at Aulani Resort on Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities:

- Act as a client advocate while balancing company objectives, modeling honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to Disney excellence throughout the planning process.
- Lead detailed planning, servicing, and execution of Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, including custom and intimate ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, and related events.
- Present creative ideas, expectations, and event details in a concise, well-organized manner and run effective planning meetings, tastings, and site inspections with couples and key partners.
- Drive increased production of food & beverage revenue and actualized room nights associated with weddings, including financial analysis of wedding packages, market comp set, and profitability.
- Accurately prepare individual F&B forecasts, detailed BEOs, and event resumes, ensuring information is complete and aligned with operational delivery.
- Serve as the direct liaison between clients, vendors, and resort operating departments, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
- Monitor event execution to ensure what is reflected on BEOs is consistent with service delivery, overseeing introductions and turnover to banquet teams and confirming overall guest satisfaction.
- Stay current on wedding market trends, pricing, and product offerings, using competitive insights to position Disney Fairy Tale Weddings effectively within the broader travel and resort marketplace.
- Provide informal guidance, mentoring, and coaching to coordinators and support staff, sharing product knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wedding sales and services, with a strong track record in a service-oriented or hospitality environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, including the ability to develop personal sales plans and create well-prepared sales presentations.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office with high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing high volumes of work, multi-tasking, and prioritizing multiple weddings and client needs simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone etiquette and the ability to present information clearly to clients and internal partners.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and provide solutions to operational challenges.
