Formlabs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Services Support Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. As a vital member of our Global Sales and Services Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. 

The Job:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently based on PDF Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generate and issue quotations for prospective customers, providing pricing information and product details as needed.
  • Coordinate and organize product returns, facilitating the return process from initiation to resolution while maintaining open communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with service plan contract registration in our systems
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives, service agents and other teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the sales and services department.

You:

  • Fluent in English
    • Nice to Have - at least one of these additional languages: Spanish, French, Italian, or German
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow a process from beginning to end
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to tackle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to new requirements as we streamline processes
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, customer focused
