As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling products and services to existing and new customers.
  • Developing of channel sales relationships
  • Developing and maintaining sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts. Builds strong customer relationships.
  • Engaging operations and finance in business/revenue planning, sales strategies, evaluating TAM, and growing market share.
  • Driving price improvement and maintains knowledge of cost of products and drives the discounting strategy
  • Engaging in producing a forward-looking detailed activity plan in support of PL and NAO QMI reporting.
  • Maintaining the job Board for all Pressure Pumping (Cementing, TRS, CT, and vessel and skid-based) planning.
  • Developing sales and Application Engineer focus on supporting client business needs.
  • Ensuring product line sales groups focus and support for geographical area
  • Protecting product line integrity and is the owner of pricing
  • Interface to operations, marketing and product line resources
  • Providing key applications/re-design support
  • Engaging with Commercial group and manages bids and tenders
  • Being responsible for making presentations to customers and sales personnel
  • Handling special projects, as assigned

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Have 10+ years’ experience in the Pressure Pumping Product Line
  • Have oroficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Have in depth knowledge of Cementing Services and /or Marine Pumping Operations 
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success
  • Have Knowledge of PowerVision is a plus

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oilfield experience within Pressure Pumping
  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Sales position
  • Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services for area of responsibility and general knowledge of products and services of other business segments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
