RESPONSIBILITIES
(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):
- Build/augment financial reporting/forecasting/budget models
- Advise on financial impact of proposed business decisions
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
- Work proactively to guide business partners and shift them to a “Profit Mindset” through regular P&L conversations
- Become proficient in advising on and working through variable compensation models/issues
- Work closely with Accounting & HR to ensure structural data accuracy for P&Ls
- Other duties consistent with being a Finance Support Person

QUALIFICATIONS
(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)
- 4 Year degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or equivalent
- 4-5 Years experience in a Financial role, with demonstrated advancement in duties and/or responsibilities
- Strong Technical Skills, particularly in Excel, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, VBA, and Macros
- Proficient in other MS Office Products, particularly Word and Powerpoint
- Strong Initiative
- Team Player mentality – willing to pitch-in on tasks that may be outside of normal duties
- Ability to “see the big picture” to find synergies between workstreams
- Confidence in speaking with and influencing senior Sales leaders
- Outgoing personality with a Sales Slant that allows you to work seamlessly between the details/analytics of finance and the higher level conceptual nature of Sales
A desire to truly learn the business so that you can work towards becoming a trusted advisor of senior Sales leader
The expected salary range for this position is between:
$84,260.00 - $108,235.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Skills Required
