As an In-Home Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue by leading, coaching, and developing a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as a leader, motivator, coach, and teacher.
Key Responsibilities- Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team
- Run a minimum of 5 in-home leads per week alongside sales representatives as a training and coaching tool
- Support sales reps in the home by taking calls and assisting in closing deals
- Monitor and review team performance; take action to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Handle and successfully convert cancel-save appointments
- Collaborate with the rehash manager to revisit prospects and close additional sales
- Prepare, lead, and facilitate ongoing sales training meetings
- Set clear expectations and accountability standards for the sales team
- 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience, preferably with a one-day sales concept
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience preferred
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
- Strong business development and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities
- Technical proficiency with:
- iPad-based presentations
- Electronic contracts
