Role as Account manager to manage HMI ebeam business in Micron account in Asia including service to drive the business growth through account strategy execution and to drive the customer satisfaction with the collaboration across functional team to maintain our market position.
Role and responsibilities- Develop account strategy and drive the execution together with cross-functional team to deliver the result.
- Need to understand customer requirements and market conditions in order to drive the new product penetration with execution plan for the success.
- Build strong customer relationship and drive the customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide the VOC and market intelligence back to marketing for product roadmap and business strategy development.
- Commercial negotiation to win the business with justification for pricing and terms to meet business requirements.
- Provide the forecast with rationale as basic.
Education and experience- Engineering degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience in semiconductor industry and understanding semiconductor process and operation.
- Having background as process engineer or application is plus.
- Good relevant experience and knowledge of the material, equipment and service.
- Track records in developing new business and customer engagement.
Skills- Strong and effective customer communication and management skill.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Strong execution to drive progress and deliver the result.
- Problem solving mindset and be able to work with customers and internal technical team for new ideas/ approach to deliver the solution to fulfill customers' needs.
- Good presentation skill in English.
Other information- This role will have 10-20% travel.
