The Role
Assist senior sales and retention agents by gathering prospect information through phone, instant messaging, and email; entering details into forms, applications, and insurance carrier platforms; generating quotes; submitting applications to underwriters; and following up for missing information and documentation. This remote role requires fluent Romanian, English comprehension, strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, organization, collaboration, and the ability to meet deadlines while working US hours.

- We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova
- This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO)
- Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process
- Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM and emails)
- Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes.
- Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately
- Make submissions to underwriters.
- Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.
Requirements
- Must speak and write Romanian fluently
- Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)Must pass background check
- PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
- Higher education is a plus (business related preferred)
- Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
- Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines

- We are a fast-growing insurance agency, headquartered in Northeast Ohio, specializing in serving English as a Second Language Customers (Albanian, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian speaking customers) in our 30 licensed states.
