What You'll Do
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in automotive sales, not required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total Rewards
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
The average pay range for this position is $5,000-$12,000 Monthly.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
