As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and rewarding vehicle-buying experience while building long-term relationships.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right Toyota for their lifestyle
- Deliver a best-in-class buying experience that turns customers into loyal advocates
- Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, finance options, and dealership services
- Follow up consistently with prospective and previous customers
- Track customer activity using dealership management systems
- Stay up to date on new Toyota products, features, and technology
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
- Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Experience in commission-based, retail, or customer-facing sales welcomed
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and computer skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
