We are seeking a high impact Sales Representative based in Midland or Odessa Tx to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead strategic business development for NOV Digital Services portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while growing existing accounts. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with technical expertise and a proven ability to deliver measurable revenue results.

This position will serve as a key driver of profitable growth, partnering closely with customers to deliver value driven digital solutions that optimize drilling and completions operations, data management, and equipment performance. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and product teams to accelerate adoption and maximize market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts and territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share and increase product penetration
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with key decision-makers
  • Position and sell NOV Digital Services by clearly articulating customer value and ROI
  • Build and maintain strong executive level customer relationships to support long term business growth
  • Maintain deep understanding of customer operations, challenges, and digital/data management needs across drilling, completions and production operations
  • Lead customer engagements, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close deals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align solutions with customer requirements and business objectives
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to influence product strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates
  • Support commercial activities including pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Actively participate and represent NOV Digital Services in industry events (SPE, IADC, AADE) to build relationships, generate new business opportunities

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the energy industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics
  • Digital background with the ability to position data-driven solutions
  • Experience selling to operators and Drilling contractors
  • DaaS, SaaS, or PaaS sales experience is a strong plus
  • Proven experience selling software platforms is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
