• Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually.
• Schedule:
  • 5 days a week including weekends with 2 rotating days off.
  • Rotating work shifts: 9am-6pm and 10am-8pm

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting features and benefits.
• Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM
• Conduct test drives and explain financing, leasing, and protection product options
• Exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals

What You'll Bring

• 2 plus years of automotive sales experience.
• CDK/ADP experience.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
