Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage assigned stores and encourage low-performing stores to grow
2. Ownership for managing sales staff in stores
3. Responsible for sustainable sales KPI and net sales growth in line/above target
4. Analyzing sales data and results
5. Develop sales promotion/events and implement to maximize sales
6. Investigate market and customer trends and build a strategy
7. Sales forecasting in the short and long term
