What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
  • Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
  • Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage your sales pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with teammates, sales managers, and finance staff
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability.

The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Skills Required

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass drug screening (drug-free workplace)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior sales, customer service, or retail experience
