Mission Valley Honda is seeking a Sales Representative to join its top-tier sales department. Our team consists of experts experienced in selling an incredible vehicle lineup and some of the most popular cars on the road.  If you are passionate about automotive excellence and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience, then we want you to apply now!

Schedule: Full Time - Open Availability

Business Hours: Mon - Sat: 8:30am - 9pm ; Sun: 9am - 7pm

Pay: $48,200-$158,700 (Commission Pay Plan)

Responsibilities:

  • Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes

  • Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.

  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.

  • Track customers using store specific management system/s.

  • Keep up to date of Honda products, features and accessories.  Attend product and training courses.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales, preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.

  • Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 . This position is also eligible for commissions on (“Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”) and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation.​

Skills Required

  • High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of computers
