On behalf of our client, one of the leading companies in the FMCG industry, with more than 100 years of presence in Greece, we are looking for a passionate Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up a daily schedule of visits to the customers' network and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals according to the sales targets
  • Achieves volume per category sales objectives and product distribution
  • Identify and analyze market needs and trends and become aligned with the customers
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers by implementing a value-added strategy in their business
  • Attend sales department meetings to become updated on goals, new products and promotions
  • Collaborate with all related company departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales strategy

Requirements
  • Average 2 years experience in sales within the FMCG industry
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP & CRM programs
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Very good organization and time management skills
  • Commercial Acumen
