We are seeking to hire top fresh graduates as Sales Representatives. We aim to cultivate future sales leaders through structured mentorship, hands-on learning and job enrichment within the trading organization. You will gain practical exposure to how the semiconductor industry operates from market intelligence and customer mapping to sales operations and transaction follow-through, while building career-ready skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.

We are recruiting 2026 fresh graduates who are interested in exploring a career in the semiconductor trading industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new customers and potential vendor partnerships to support customer mapping.
  • Assist in making high-volume warm and cold outreach to expand and enrich our client base.
  • Help track sales orders and ongoing sales deals to ensure smooth, timely transaction follow-through.
  • Contribute to team and business initiatives as well as other projects as needed to support overall business success.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates in 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong motivation to pursue ambitious goals and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A genuine interest in building relationships and expanding business networks.
  • Prior sales or trading internship experience is preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English, Chinese. Other languages such as Japanese, Vietnamese, or Thai proficiency is a plus
  • Collaborative, result-oriented, aggressive and proactive mindset, with the eagerness to take on challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
