As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
- Create a best-in-class buying experience that builds lifelong customer relationships
- Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, finance options, and dealership services
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and previous customers
- Track customer interactions using dealership management systems
- Stay current on new products, features, and accessories
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
- Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Experience in commission-based or customer-facing sales roles welcomed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and computer skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
