As a Car Sales Professional at Lithia CJDR of Pocatello, you’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through one of their most important purchases. You’ll build genuine relationships, understand customer needs, and match them with vehicles that excite and satisfy. This role is perfect for someone who loves cars, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys helping others. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and budget. 
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. 
  • Negotiate sales terms professionally and transparently. 
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market trends. 
  • Follow up with potential buyers to build lasting relationships. 
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and create a positive showroom environment. 

Qualifications: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A genuine passion for cars and customer service. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting. 
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person. 
  • Reliability, honesty, and a team-player attitude. 
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
