and health (OSH) standards. This position requires a proactive approach to
sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently
while achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain
relationships with clients in the mining and construction sectors, including
mining companies, contractors, suppliers, and construction firms.
- Utilize your knowledge of
Work at Heights and confined space standards to provide expert advice and
recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate honesty,
diligence, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Conduct sales presentations
and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions and address client needs.
- Facilitate training
sessions for clients on product usage, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal
teams to develop customized solutions tailored to the unique requirements of
each client.
- Continuously expand your
technical knowledge and stay informed about industry developments and emerging
technologies.
- Work independently to
identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on achieving sales
targets and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales,
Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of
experience in external sales, preferably within the mining sector.
- Comprehensive grasp of Work
at Heights and confined space standards, with a commitment to promoting safety
in the workplace.
- Strong interpersonal skills
and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of
achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Technical aptitude and the
ability to understand and communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Self-motivated and driven
to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
- Excellent communication and
negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and
own vehicle.
- Experience in the
construction or mining industries is ideal.
- Ability to work at heights
is essential; experience in training is advantageous.
