Job Description:
Promoting Mars products and merchandising activities in the assigned client portfolio in Constanta & Tulcea counties. Contributes to the delivery of NSV objectives by achieving specific in-store execution objectives, measured through the Perfect Store program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Distribution - Product - Assortment:
• Introducing Mars products to all possible points of sale from the allocated portfolio (at the cash registers or on the shelf) in accordance with the company's strategy (numerical and/or weighted distribution);
• Contacting new customers to negotiate the sale of Mars products;
• Implementing agreed programs and planograms at each point of sale, in areas of maximum visibility, for all our products listed in each location (gum, confectionery, chocolate, ice cream).
• Efficiently covering the allocated portfolio so as to periodically visit all customers, depending on priorities and with the frequency of visits established by the company;
• Ensuring the freshness of our products.
2. Stands/ secondary placements/ shelf / POP materials:
• To install the appropriate advertising material for each store, in a way that is as visible as possible and to change the damaged/outdated advertising material (if applicable);
• To record the prices communicated by the customer on facsimile, at the cash registers, shelf or placements;
3. Collaboration – Reporting:
• To maintain permanent contact with all retail and MT customers in the assigned area, with distributors, with company merchandisers and wholesalers, for good support of the distribution/display of Mars products in the area of activity;
• Monitoring the evolution of customers and maintaining permanent contact with them in order to create mutually advantageous collaborative relationships.
• Efficient collaboration and supervision of the activity of external merchandisers and, occasionally, their training.
