Responsibilities:
Field inbound sales calls from customers seeking a storage solution
Provide support and recommendation to ensure we find the proper storage unit for the customer
Process rental agreements and manage reservation bookings accurately and efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
Consistently achieve Sales goals
Attend coaching sessions and implement feedback promptly
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of professional customer success experience, preferably in a Sales environment
Contact Center or Phone Sales experience strongly preferred
Proficient in English, B2 or C1 level
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong ability to navigate through multiple computer applications while speaking to customers
Strict adherence to Sales process and script
