We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Hearing Care Professional. We hire individuals from a variety of backgrounds and industries and help them grow from Sales Trainee to Hearing Care Professional through a comprehensive paid training program. No hearing healthcare experience is required.

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to:

  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Conduct consultative hearing evaluations
  • Educate patients and their families about hearing healthcare
  • Recommend customized hearing aid solutions
  • Build long-term patient relationships
  • Develop strong consultative sales and closing skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers in-person to discuss their hearing concerns and hearing loss.
  • Build relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Educate patients on the long-term effects of untreated hearing loss.
  • Administer hearing evaluations and guide patients through their results.
  • Recommend hearing solutions based on individual lifestyle and hearing needs.
  • Follow up with prospective patients and nurture leads through the decision-making process.
  • Demonstrate hearing devices and guide patients toward confident purchasing decisions.
  • Deliver consistent after-care and ongoing service to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Commitment to completing training program and obtaining license
  • 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales)
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
  • Professional, growth-oriented mindset

Benefits

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (plus one Saturday per month)

Compensation: Average 1st year earnings $60k-$70k+ (base + commission); high earning potential once in a selling capacity and licensed ($75k-$135k+)
