Job Description岗位概述:
协助区域销售经理完成区域内包装油销售工作，执行公司指定的包装油售策略、政策，确保合同执行率；持续开发区域客户、代理商、终端连锁餐饮，维护稳定的销售渠道。关注竞品动态、政策和区域间价格，及时反馈。
主要职责:
- 协助区域经理完成包装油销售和客户管理工作，主要包括产品销售、执行、客户开发、渠道优化维护；
- 协助区域经理100%完成区域销售任务，开发并维护新客户，加强渠道管理、品牌管理，提升品牌竞争力；
- 负责拓展区域包装油市场、开发各渠道客户并建立稳定的销售渠道，管理并维护区域内中小包装油销售渠道，丰富客户类型，直销和经销并行，提高市场占有率；
- 下沉到客户渠道当中去，协助重点经销商进行终端客户的开发工作；
- 对渠道产品展示、企业形象展示进行推广及执行
- 对区域经销商、客户日常订货、发货等日常工作进行对接管理，跟进需求和提货计划，及时提交日度/周度发货计划预测和周度/月度销售计划，提高预测准确率；
- 优化及调整经销商产品结构，引导区域客户向高毛利产品过渡；
- 及时反馈和更新市场信息，及时更新竞品每日价格信息和市场趋势，并准时提交周度/月度商务报告；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作
工作要求：
- 大专以上学历，有食用油工厂工作经验优先考虑
- 对大宗商品的相关知识有一定的了解。
- 具备良好的沟通和协调能力，团队合作能力，实际操作能力以及认真负责的态度等。
- 能够熟练操作Office办公软件及各类办公设备。
